Team Gear at Meets
All WCAB swimmers are required to wear the team cap at competitions. Upon joining the team, each swimmer will receive a latex team cap. The team supplies a new cap to each swimmer in September of every year. Latex caps and silicone caps are available for purchase from the team. Fill out the cap order form, attach a check payable to WCAB, and turn it in to your coach. Orders placed by Fridays will be filled the following Monday (plan ahead). All WCAB swimmers are required to wear the team t-shirt at meets. Upon joining the team, each swimmer will receive a team t-shirt. The team supplies a new t-shirt to each swimmer in September of every year. The team also provides commemorative t-shirts for some meets. Short sleeve t-shirts, long sleeve t-shirts, and hoodies are available for purchase from the team. Fill out the apparel order form, attach a check payable to WCAB, and turn it in to your coach. Orders placed by the 1st of the month will be filled by the 15th. Orders placed by the 15th on the month will be filled by the 30th. Click here for the WCAB Apparel Order Form.
All WCAB swimmers are required to wear the team suit at meets. The team suit is a black Arena suit with the team logo imprinted on it. The team warm-ups, team parka, and team backpacks are also Arena products, with the team logo embroidered on it. All WCAB swimmers are strongly encouraged to wear these warm-ups, parka, and backpacks at meets (do not wear your school or another team's gear at meets).
Equipment at Practice
Each swimmer should come to practice with all of their required equipment. We recommend the team backpack to carry all of their equipment to practice and meets.
The team provides kickboards and pull-buoys for daily practice. In addition to practice suits, caps, and goggles, each swimmer will also need the following equipment for practice each day:
