The San Diego Sr.
Invitational is this coming weekend. Be sure all forms and payments
are in by Feb. 10th.
 The Zone 2
Championship Meet is February 20 and 21, in San
Ramon. We will swim relays and be "BIG BUDDIES."
High School season is
almost here and to ensure a successful experience be sure to speak
with your high school coach about your training and meet
schedule. You are expected to train with the senior group
primarily. If possible try to arrange one practice and one meet day
per week with your high school team. Also, I would like a copy of
all your meet and event schedules ASAP.

The Zone 2
Championship Meet is February 20 and 21, in San

Cubs. Postmark your entries by February 8, or enter online by
February 10. Coaches will enter relays (so RSVP on the WCAB
website so can have as many relays as possible).
The WCAB C/B/A+ Meet is
March 6 and 7, at DVC. This meet is for all WCAB
swimmers. Enter online
a.s.a.p., because this meet will cap out before the entry
deadline. DO NOT WAIT TO ENTER!
